We started this blog to share our travel adventures as we explore God's creation!
We have survived raising 6 daughters and are now embracing our empty nest and Michael's retirement! We have 10 grandchildren....4 girls and 6 boys. We now have 5 adorable great-grandchildren...4 girls and one boy!

Michael retired January 1, 2013, after 34 years with the Alexandria Fire Department and I just had my 21st anniversary at Hazel Land Cos. We both love to travel and have been blessed to travel to many places near and far! Our travels include; about 8 cruises to Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada and Alaska in May 2012, Europe Cruise to the Baltics with 3 days in London in 2013, Scotland and Ireland in 2014, Israel with our church family and friends 2015, Viking River Cruise Paris to Normandy and 3 days in Paris pre-cruise 2016. Western Parks with Globus 2017, Viking Romantic Danube for the Christmas Markets and 3 day extension in Prague in 2018, Italy with Globus in 2019. In March of 2022 we did a Viking Rhine River Cruise then later in the year we did a Viking Shores and Fjords Ocean Cruise with a 3 night pre-stay in Bruges. You can read all about these trips in our blog. We have been to Disney World more times than we can count, beach trips and trips to visit family and friends.
Keep and eye on this blog for our next adventure.....It's hard to say where we might be heading but you can be sure we are having a blast exploring the world.
